Talal Raqaban, MRICS

Talal Raqaban is the Chief Executive Officer of TDG. He leads the firm’s strategy, capital structuring, partnerships, and end-to-end development execution, with a focus on creating long-term value through disciplined underwriting and design-led development.

Prior to leading TDG, Talal was Partner at Knight Frank Saudi Arabia, where he oversaw advisory mandates exceeding SAR 500 billion across multiple asset classes and cities in the Kingdom. He previously served at the Tourism Development Fund, leading destination development strategies centered on lifestyle-driven, mixed-use environments integrating hospitality, retail, entertainment, and F&B.

Talal began his career in London with Acacia Point Capital Advisors, supporting multi-asset transactions across Europe and developing advanced financial models aligned with risk-adjusted return strategies. He is a member of the RICS and has served on regional and global steering committees, as well as on investment fund boards within the Kingdom.

Fadi Ghaleb

Fadi brings over 30 years of distinguished experience across development management, project management, architecture, commercial and contracts administration, sales and marketing, and construction leadership.

He has consistently provided end-to-end executive oversight on complex, large-scale and giga developments, driving projects from early visioning and master planning through to delivery and operational readiness. He has held senior roles with globally recognized developers, including PIF entities such as Roshn and Qiddiya, Eagle Hills, Majid Al Futtaim, Emirates Investment Authority, and Damac, as well as leading international consultancies including Dar Group and Imhotep Architects in Paris.

His portfolio spans high-profile mixed-use developments, master-planned communities, airports, hospitality assets, and landmark towers across France and the MENA region, including KSA, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Cyprus, Morocco, and Lebanon. Fadi’s multidisciplinary background enables him to seamlessly integrate technical excellence, commercial rigor, and strategic leadership, ensuring projects are delivered to institutional standards while maximizing value creation for stakeholders.

Peter McCall

Peter McCall is Chief Delivery Officer at TDG, where he owns delivery from procurement through construction and handover across the firm's portfolio of large-scale, mixed-use developments. He sets the governance, programme controls, and commercial discipline that keep complex schemes on time, on budget, and aligned with client objectives, and contributes to feasibility and design coordination alongside the Chief Development Officer.

Peter brings more than four decades in construction, development, and urban regeneration, with a track record built largely at Ballymore, one of the UK's most active mixed-use developers. Most recently he was Executive Director of Development, leading the multidisciplinary team behind the redevelopment of Millbank Tower, a Grade II-listed, 32-storey London landmark. He previously served as Managing Director of Ballymore Asset Management, where he led business growth, asset performance, and operational alignment across a portfolio of live developments and stabilised assets.

Earlier at Ballymore, Peter spent over a decade as UK Construction Director and then UK Operations Director, delivering high-density residential and mixed-use schemes that reshaped parts of central and east London. Before Ballymore, he was Shareholder and Construction Director at Building Concepts Ltd, building the operational and commercial foundations he carries into TDG today. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Ulster University and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Loughborough University.

Tarek Barhoum

Tarek Barhoum is an award-winning design and development executive with over twenty-two years of experience leading experiential, architectural, and urban design projects across the GCC spanning large-scale destinations, mixed-use developments, and tourism ventures in both the private and public sectors. He brings a proven record of steering entire project lifecycles from concept to delivery, aligning stakeholders, securing funding, and driving execution, underpinned by deep expertise in design governance and development strategy.

At the Saudi Tourism Authority, he partners with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Experience Development Officer on tourism destinations and landmark concepts across the Kingdom. Within the Experience Development leadership team, he heads the Mixed-Use and Accommodation Concepts department, advancing projects aligned with the National Tourism Strategy. His portfolio includes the ‘Dream of the Desert’ luxury rail concept (USD 55M secured) and the ‘Tarout Island Cluster’ masterplan, which raised SAR 2.67 billion in funding.

Previously, he founded and led DCA (Design-Centric Architects) in Dubai and Jeddah for fourteen years, delivering experience-led design across the urban, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors. His earlier roles include Head of Design and Development at Rikaz Properties and Director of Design and Project Management at Baneya International Contracting. He is a member of both the Saudi Council of Engineers and the Lebanese Order of Engineers and Architects and has earned multiple international design awards.

Faris Gari

Faris has built a progressive career spanning real estate development, investment, consultancy, and valuation across the Middle East. He brings a well-rounded perspective that combines transactional experience, advisory rigor, and hands-on development exposure.

At Solana Holding, where he served as Investment Manager, Faris led opportunity sourcing, equity raising initiatives, financial analysis, and end-to-end deal execution. His role involved underwriting new investments, structuring transactions, and supporting capital deployment strategies aligned with targeted return objectives.

Previously, at Knight Frank Middle East, he worked across valuation and advisory mandates, including PPP advisory, market benchmarking, feasibility assessments, and technical due diligence. His earlier experience in management consulting and property letting strengthened his exposure to organizational diagnostics, project coordination, and construction-related operations. Across all roles, Faris has demonstrated strong analytical depth, strategic thinking, and disciplined execution capabilities, contributing meaningfully to both development and investment-driven platforms.

Jabr bin Hazam

Jabr is a Sales Manager with more than sixteen years of experience in real estate sales across Riyadh, backed by a proven track record of executing successful sales strategies and delivering results. His strengths lie in understanding client needs, communicating the right proposition persuasively, and closing deals effectively, all supported by strong teamwork and long-term professional relationships built on trust.

He previously served as a Sales Specialist at Maskan Al Arabiya Real Estate Development, where he managed the handover of the Maskan Hittin project and led sales at the Al Mohra project in Wajihat Al Forsan. As Sales Manager at Al Mawqi Al Awwal Real Estate Marketing, he oversaw villa sales at Al Ared in northern Riyadh, drove sales across the Tobaz project, supported marketing-led sales of several developments, introduced investors to the company’s projects and trained staff in sales and marketing.

Earlier, at Adwaa Al Arab Real Estate Development, he handled sales across the Al Saif and Jawharat Al Nada developments, along with other residential and commercial projects throughout Riyadh. He also managed commercial premises along King Abdullah Road, leased retail complexes and warehouses, and provided property investment advisory to clients.

Fahad Alrajhi

Fahad serves as a Development Assistant Manager with solid experience in real estate valuation, advisory, and investment analysis across government, semi-government, and private sector mandates in Saudi Arabia. He has been involved in large-scale land bank assessments, development feasibility studies, and portfolio valuations across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use asset classes.

His responsibilities include building and reviewing detailed financial models, conducting highest-and-best-use analyses, performing residual and DCF valuations, and supporting investment structuring and capital planning initiatives. He has contributed to the preparation of investment memoranda, underwriting analyses, and committee materials to support strategic acquisitions and capital deployment decisions.

In addition to analytical work, Fahad has participated in development evaluations and business expansion initiatives, coordinating with consultants and reviewing commercial positioning to enhance project viability and long-term value creation within the Saudi real estate market.

Shaimaa Sayed

Shaimaa is a Senior Business Development Associate at TDG, supporting the firm's mandates through proposal coordination, client management, workflow tracking, and stakeholder communication across active engagements.

AlJohara AlShaikh

AlJohara serves as a Development Associate with early-career experience across project management, design management and investment development on large-scale, multi-asset developments, with particular emphasis on change management and its impact on all aspects of project delivery.

She supports mixed-use and residential development at Heyazah Real Estate Development, contributing to market analysis, development proposals and project positioning from concept through pre-development. Prior to this, she supported change management processes across six district assets during a project management internship with JLL Saudi Arabia, preparing Advance Warning Notices, reconciling Letters of Award against executed contracts, and conducting Time Impact Analysis.
Her earlier experience with KEO International Consultants and Building Basics Architectural Firm grounded her in design coordination and technical documentation. She is recognized for analytical discipline, documentation accuracy, and rapid adaptation to complex project frameworks.
